About the Lafayette Garden Tour

The Garden Tour was begun in 2011 by the Lafayette Old Town Association. Since then the tour has showcased the work of gardeners from across the historic Old Town neighborhood. In 2026, we will for the first time showcase gardens outside of Old Town. Over the years the tour has featured over 60 different gardens created by the area's best green thumbs, including cozy cottage gardens, water-wise xeric landscapes, and lush vegetable beds. The tour is now presented by Lafayette Friends Of The Garden (LFROG).

Proceeds from the tour fund a Garden Improvement Grant Program, assisting area residents in improving the green spaces around them.
